A. Lux Europe partnered with large distributors who import designer goods in very large quantities. We are able to tap into their savings due to their wholesale pricing structure. In addition, we have none of the overhead expenses that a boutique or department store such as Neiman Marcus would have - such as high rent, marketing costs, and labor. We have very low expenses and are able to pass these savings on to you.
 
Q.What is your Return / Exchange policy?
A.If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you will have 7 days after it arrives to return your items for a refund. All returned items MUST be in unused condition.

Q. Do you ship to countries outside of the U.S.?
A. Yes, Lux Europe is proud to now offer service to Canada and the UK among other countries. These international orders won't be charged any additional shipping fee.
